Exchange & Returns Policy (14 Days)

You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Tags and original packaging must be included.

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Special Items — Inspection Upon Delivery Only:

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of intimate products, the following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Nova Satin Babydoll Set with Robe

  • Queen Lace Satin Pajama Set – 3 Piece

These items are available for inspection upon delivery only. Once the order is received and accepted, exchange or return will not be available, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and hygiene regulations related to lingerie and intimate wear.

Not Accepted:

We cannot accept exchanges or returns for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items with stains, damage, or odors

  • Sale items, unless defective

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Intimate or lingerie-related items after delivery acceptance

Please contact us with your order number and request an exchange or return.

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible according to our policy.

Shipping Fees Policy:

In case of returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, including delivery and return shipping costs, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Shipping fees are only covered by us if the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process:

Returned items are first inspected by our team to ensure they meet the return conditions.

Once the item is received and approved, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are only issued after the returned order has been received and checked successfully.
