Exchange & Returns (14 Days)

You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be included

Not Accepted:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items with stains, damage, or odors

  • Sale items (unless defective)

How to Request:

Contact us with your order number and request an exchange or return.

Shipping Fees Policy:

  • In case of returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, including delivery and return shipping costs, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

  • Shipping fees are only covered by us if the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process:

  • Returned items are first inspected by our team to ensure they meet the return conditions.

  • Once the item is received and approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are only issued after the returned order has been received and checked successfully.
