At Harir, customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refund Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

  • Refunds are not accepted for used, damaged, or sale items unless the item is defective

Refund Process

  • Contact us with your order number to request a return

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be approved if it meets our policy conditions

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned order has been successfully checked

Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and return fees, even if the original order included free shipping

  • Shipping fees are only covered by Harir if the item received is defective or incorrect
